Are all your staff at work? RainCheck software allows for the tracking of staff attendance using timetables and GMS communication to inform designated persons of any absenteeism.
The first stage is the definition of class. (RainCheck was developed around an educational environment).
Access to the "Class" is recorded by a TouchStar Fingerprint device.
Once assigned to a "Class" each user (in this example students) has the cell phone details of his/her parent/guardian (Supervisor/manager in a work environment) captured.
Next a subject module is defined (for a work situation this could be a shift) Each module/shift is assigned to a time table.
In this instance the parents of Alex Kong were notified that their son was late for the Physics Class. In an educational environment this will inform the parents of all unauthorised absenteeism. |
